I'm always pushing my PDAs to the limit. While I am able to play MP3s that are on my home computer through my PDA (that's a future tutorial) one of the things that I've wanted to do is play streaming internet radio on my Pocket PC with my wireless connection at home. Well, I've found the software to do that and I'm going to share that secret with you. In addition, I'm going to help you set up the software to play streaming internet radio on your Pocket PC.

First, we'll start with a definition of what streaming radio. Streaming radio is basically a radio station that is hosted on a web server. This music can be streamed by individuals, companies, or even maintream radio stations. The software we are going to use will enable us to use the Shoutcast family of radio stations. Shoutcast has thousands of stations, with any genre of music you can think of.
