From Internet Explorer on your PDA, go to the Shoutcast Homepage.  You can use the top rated stations or do a search on your favorite type of music.  When you find your station, click on

TaDa, You should now be jammin' to internet radio!

 

If you want, you can also download the playlist files on your PC, then drag and drop or copy them onto your PDA.  This way you can have all of your favorite stations on your PC and Pocket PC.  If you have any trouble, be sure to check your firewall settings.
