What would you do if you lost your PDA? If you're like me, you'd probably feel a slight bit of panic. After all, my life is on my PDA. I rely on the calendar, contact list, and other functionalities of my PDA to keep my life organized. While that's not a bad thing, there are more and more studies that show people are becoming addicted to their electronic gadgets. To help fight back, Health Magazine and the Huffington Post recently issued a challenge: unplug for 30 minutes a day.
Don't worry: I'm not asking or even suggesting that you should give up your PDA entirely. But I do think Ellen and Arianna bring up some good points that it's important to keep balance in our lives.
