Unitech launched a PA600 Healthcare PDA, which was designed with the medical field in mind. This PDA has an integrated 13.56MHz High Frequency RFID reader and supports 2D barcode. The PDA's case is constructed using anti-microbial material. With its abilities to house both RFID and 2D barcode readers, this PDA is ideal for hospital staff to use in identifying patients by reading their RFID wrist bands to ensure correct treatment and medicines are given. The PA600 Healthcare PDA supports Oracle Database Lite and Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006.
